Rise and Shine Hatha Flow

Rise and Shine Hatha Flow is designed to awaken and prepare the mind, body and soul for the day ahead. Expect each class to be unique and an experience that flows according to the feeling of the day, although the foundation of the class is grounded in the fun and versatile Hatha Flow style. Participants of all levels are welcome. First class free! Afterwards, a suggested donation of $5 applies.
