Unwind from the week, release mental and physical tension, stretch and strengthen the body through the joyful practice of yoga.
From warm ups and sun salutations to some deeper stances, this yoga class focuses the mind on the present moment and the breath. The sequence is adjusted to the students present and what they’d like to get out of the session. This is a light-hearted, mellow class where we smile through the challenges and have fun. Beginner-Intermediate. Taught by Lada
