This class is a Hatha/vinyasa style yoga inspired by the rhythms of nature and the 5
elements of Ayurveda. Learn how to use Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama
(breath work) to create balance within the elemental make-up of your own personal
body and mind, as well as a balance between yourself and the cycles of nature. All levels welcome.
