To Kristen, yoga is an incredible art and a science that allows one to live a very creative and interesting life. Yoga can create a resiliency to the ebb and flow of challenges and triumphs, maintaining the mind, body, spirit in a place of respectful balance, and becoming connected to living in the most fascinating way. As a modern yogi, Kristen is rooted in yoga philosophy and psychology, but allows yoga to evolve in her practice, seeing new ways to embody and communicate the concepts in a modern world. She has been practicing and studying the many facets of yoga for over ten years and absolutely loves to express her yoga to her students, so that they might express their yoga right back.
