Brandon Fox has been teaching Useful Yoga at Corestar Cultural Center since 2004. Brandon's background is strong in Kundalini, Hatha, and Ashtanga forms. Useful Yoga is an approachable yoga with alternates for more advanced students as well. Come check it out Sundays from 11:30am to 12:30pm. A $5 donation is appreciated.
