Elle is new to the Core Star family and new to Eugene for that matter. She is experienced in hatha flow. Her classes focus on renewing inner light by finding poses that work for each individual person. She is a firm believer in the healing powers of yoga and self acceptance. Come join in on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-1. Drop-ins are welcome, suggested donation is $5
