Lada has been teaching yoga at the Core Star Cultural Center for about a year. Her background is gymnastics and hatha yoga. Appropriate for all levels, this is a fusion class where we mix in moves from other disciplines like pilates and tai chi, all on the foundation of hatha yoga. Walk-ins are welcome, suggested donation is $5
